Big Sandy Medical Center offers a sliding fee discount program at both its Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and Rural Health Clinic (RHC). No patient will be denied services due to inability to pay. Discounts are based on household size and income relative to the Federal Poverty Level (FPG). A nominal fee may be assessed for patients at or below 100% FPG. Income verification may be required.
