Whole-person care with Krystyl Kulbeck, PA-C, built around your health and your life.
Fatigue, changes in weight or metabolism, poor sleep, hormone concerns, digestive issues, or several symptoms at once can be difficult to make sense of. Krystyl takes time to hear your story and consider how different parts of your health may be connected.
Her approach brings conventional medical care together with functional and lifestyle medicine. That can include medication, appropriate testing, referrals, and preventive screening alongside a closer look at nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and recovery.
The goal is clarity and a realistic next step, not a promise that every symptom has one hidden cause.
Your history, symptoms, goals, and daily life guide the conversation. Testing and treatment are chosen when they are useful for your care.
Blood sugar, energy, nutrition, weight changes, and long-term risk.
Symptoms and changes across the lifespan, considered in the context of your overall health.
Sleep, stress, movement, muscle, and recovery in the life you actually live.
Digestive concerns, chronic symptoms, medications, prevention, and your existing care plan.
Sometimes the answer is medication. Sometimes it is further testing or a change in daily habits. Often, it is a combination.

Physician Assistant Β· Advanced Diabetes Management Β· Functional Health
After more than a decade caring for patients in rural Montana, Krystyl noticed a gap: people could be receiving appropriate care and still not feel well. A result might fall within a standard range, a medication might be doing its job, and yet fatigue, poor sleep, metabolic changes, or several symptoms together still deserved a closer conversation. That experience led her to study functional medicine and ask more questions about what may be contributing.
Her training expanded the questions she asks; it did not replace conventional medicine. She uses medications, imaging, screening, and specialty referrals when they are appropriate, while also considering nutrition, metabolic health, hormones, movement, sleep, stress, and chronic conditions. She does not assume every symptom has a single hidden cause or that more testing and supplements are always better.
Practicing in a rural community also shapes the plan. Patients have work, families, farms, travel, budgets, and limited time. Krystyl aims to identify the most useful next step that fits the life of the person in front of her.
βMy goal is not perfection. It is to find the most meaningful next step and build from there.β
Education is part of the visit, not an afterthought. Krystyl wants you to understand why a recommendation matters, whether the conversation is about blood sugar, muscle, hormones, sleep, medication, or something else. The goal is a clearer plan you can use between appointments.
Your care is tailored to your concerns. A visit may include these steps, with testing and follow-up based on what is useful for you.
Talk through your symptoms, history, goals, current care, and what life looks like outside the clinic.
Review available results and medications. Discuss additional testing, treatment, prevention, or referrals when appropriate.
Leave knowing why the plan makes sense and how Krystyl will follow up or coordinate with your existing care team.
You do not have to wait for a crisis to take a closer look at your health.

The clinical approach is the same for everyone. Women also receive access to ReBloom, the education and support app Krystyl created to help put what they learn into practice between appointments.
ReBloom complements care at BSMC; it does not replace medical visits, diagnosis, or treatment.

Home health is skilled nursing (and related) care provided in a patient's home, typically for those recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization, or managing a chronic condition that requires ongoing skilled monitoring.
If you want to use insurance (including Medicare), a physician referral is required. If you're paying privately, you can apply directly without a referral.
